yes..it has come....
Today a small MoA Strike force entered Eps ind and Capped the Le cluster.
Before ICC forces arrived LE got a shipyard and Help came in from GTN.
Together we forced back the ICC forces and capped Flavin to be now for the moment under MoA flag.
with the capturing of Flavin a second Shipyard opened the doors for UGTO.
With enough resources to build ships.
